For claims under $2,000 deduct 25% from the above listed prices.  Prices are exclusive of disbursements and recoverable court fees.  The fees and services listed here are for individual’s with any claim type or businesses pursuing non-liquidated claims and in many cases are the only services required.  In the event that a defence is not filed then neither a settlement conference nor trial will be necessary and a default judgment may be obtained accordingly.  A retainer of $500, which will be held in trust and applied as necessary, is required in advance of the commencement of work.
