In the last twenty years the Attorney General has closed or consolidated about twenty percent of the Ontario Small Claims Court locations in the province. This process continues with some recent examples in Kitchener and Oshawa. Before you attend at any Ontario Small Claims Court location may we please suggest that you telephone it first to make sure that its address and location are the same as listed here.
