For claims under $2,000 deduct 25% from the above listed prices.  Prices are exclusive of disbursements and recoverable court fees.  The fees and services listed here are for individual’s and businesses being sued and in many cases are the only services required.  In the event that a default judgment has already been obtained against you separate fees apply to bring a motion to setting aside the default judgment.  A retainer of $500, which will be held in trust and applied as necessary, is required in advance of the commencement of work.
