For claims under $2,000 deduct 25% from the above listed prices.  Prices are exclusive of disbursements and recoverable court fees.  The fees and services listed here are for commercial liquidated damage claims only and in many cases are the only services required.  However, in the event that a defence is filed additional fees apply for settlement conferences ($125) and trials ($125 - $300).
