While we are always pleased to show off our office to our clients we do request that an appointment be made in advance.

Charles Foster
Experienced, analytical and forward are words that decribe Charles who has been with the Justice Matters since 2001. With over 2,500 court appearances under his belt he is our most experienced paralegal. If you call for an initial consultation it is Charles you will most likely speak with. He often knows what to look for with most legal disputes and his to-the-point style of consultations reflects this. Charles is originally from Prince Edward Island.
Rajvir Dhillon
Rajvir has been working in Justice Matters’ CREDITOR SERVICES department since graduating from Sheridan College in 2009. She has handled hundreds of creditor files that have ranged from “soft” collections to full-scale litigation. Rajvir has helped develop our TEN POINT checklist that we use whenever we take on a new creditor file. Rajvir was born in Ontario but her parents are originally from India which has allowed her to become fluent in both English and Punjabi.
Farzana Hossain
Farzana obtained her paralegal diploma and paralegal license in 2011 and is one of the newest additions to the Justice Matters team. She brings a variety of work experience to Justice Matters from both here and abroad. Farzana is originally from Bangladesh and speaks both English and Bangali fluently.
Michael Benoit
Mike joined Justice Matters in 2011 but before that he had been running his own legal services firm and thus comes to us with a wealth of knowledge which he is now putting into practice as one our primary Small Claims Court litigators. If you are involved in a complex legal dispute Mike may be assigned to handle your case. Like Charles, Mike is also originally from Atlantic Canada and lived much of his life in Newfoundland and Labrador.
